Custom Processing

Buy a quarter, half or whole steer for custom processing. We work with a variety of different meat markets. You customize the cuts you want in addition to ground hamburger. We sell mixed quarters and halves.

Our beef are humanely raised without any growth hormone. They are fed corn silage, and hay.
